The local crops are growing in a pure and pollution-free natural environment under the conditions of the high latitude, long lasting sunlight and huge temperature difference between daytime and night time. Saskatchewan has been contributing to  provide 1/3 of the global wheat export and it is the largest export base of the oats, lentils and canola in the world.
